Three slightly adjusted shots from the movie «Spirit of the Beehive» transported to the canvas by Belorussian painter Andrei Zadorine. This collection is a declaration of love to a director, who was able to express that, which the painter has made the subject of his whole life's work. These are like the placards for a movie seen 35 years after its creation.

Andrei Zadorine was born in Berezovka, Belarus, in 1960. In 1984 graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Arts. In 1990 completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Arts in Minsk. Andrei Zadorine works are in the collection of The State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, Russia, and being exhibited throughout Europe and the United States. Currently lives and works in the Netherlands.
